On August 4th, Li Huiyong, Chairman of the County CPPCC, visited the Carnival Duck Pastoral Theme Park in Tongmeng Ancient Town, under construction by Henan Anxin Culture and Tourism Group, for several days to conduct on-site research on the park's construction, operations, and opening preparations. Meticulously developed by Henan Anxin Culture and Tourism Group, the Carnival Duck Pastoral Theme Park is the county's first comprehensive amusement theme park and a model project for the county's integrated development of amusement equipment manufacturing and the cultural tourism industry.
During the investigation, Li Huiyong inspected the park's tourist routes and learned in detail about the functional characteristics, operational planning and overall layout of the amusement facilities. He focused on inquiring about preparations for the park's opening, including safety protection, personnel deployment, operational organization, and emergency response. He repeatedly urged the park's responsible persons to strictly control equipment safety, personnel safety, and operational safety to ensure that tourists are provided with a "safe, orderly, peaceful, and happy" amusement experience.
At the symposium, after listening to a report on the park's preparations and operations, Li Huiyong emphasized the following: First, we must create a welcoming and welcoming service environment and establish a cultural brand. We must make smiling service a fundamental principle for all staff, ensuring visitors feel a warm welcome upon entering the park. We must prioritize collecting visitor feedback and proactively improve, cultivating a unique cultural brand through high-quality service, making "Carnival Duck" a joyful landmark that combines amusement facilities with a warm atmosphere. Second, we must play a leading role in promoting the development of cultural tourism. As a key project of Anxin Group, "Carnival Duck" must serve as a bellwether for the cultural tourism industry, helping Huojia County establish itself as a hub for amusement equipment. Seizing the opportunities presented by national policies to expand consumption, we must expand our brand influence nationwide and even internationally, striving to become a benchmark for service and quality within the amusement industry and establish ourselves as the "Pang Donglai" of the amusement industry. We must not only explore innovative products, operational concepts, and management models, but also develop cultural and creative products, shape cultural symbols, and expand cultural influence. Third, we must ensure safety and order, highlighting Huojia's image. Safety is the lifeline of amusement parks. We must comprehensively manage facility safety, park order, environmental sanitation, and medical care to ensure every aspect is flawless. We must expedite finishing and renovation work to welcome visitors with a clean, civilized, and harmonious environment. Through courteous service and meticulous attention to detail, we will fully showcase Huojia County's positive image. Fourthly, we must collaborate with Tongmeng Ancient Town to achieve coordinated development. Leveraging Huojia County's rich cultural and tourism resources, we must work closely with Tongmeng Ancient Town to integrate these resources and launch joint tourism routes. By leveraging our complementary strengths, we can attract more visitors and jointly elevate the county's cultural and tourism industry to new heights.
